01 · The brief
Alphaletz needed a modern property management app to help busy landlords with multiple rental properties save time and money. The project needed to be released within a 16-week timeline, requiring Ideaology to design and develop the entire product from scratch.
02 · Our approach
Ideaology's designers worked on the UI/UX, engineers optimised the product for both web and mobile, and the team developed mobile applications, web application, and backend services. Working in 2-week sprints, we implemented features including arrears and cash flow tracking, alerts, data export, document management, and camera integration for receipts and property photos.
03 · The outcome
Alphaletz launched within the 16-week deadline and won 'Best Global-Based Property Management Platform 2021' by Corporate Vision. The app helps landlords save up to 75% of their time by automating payments, creating reports, and getting real-time business insights.
