Element Human needed an MVP application to serve as the foundation for their Engage Platform — a tool designed to capture real-time emotional responses using Facial Expression Recognition (FER) technology. The project required high-performance real-time emotion capture, immediate data insights, and a scalable infrastructure.
02 · Our approach
Ideaology assembled a dedicated team of developers and AI specialists with expertise in FER technology. We optimised accuracy and performance for mobile devices, integrated diverse training data to capture a wide range of facial expressions across demographics, and built real-time video processing capabilities with minimal latency. The model was hardened for varying lighting conditions, facial poses, and camera qualities.
